What goes around comes around…in a good way! Nancy Newcomer returns to the airwaves of KLITE 101.7 after a 12 year hiatus. Born and raised in the bay area, Nancy spent 36 wonderful years in Santa Barbara beginning with her time at UCSB. Music has always been a great passion for her and while attending college, she was magically drawn to the perfect professional calling of radio with campus station KCSB. This fantastic journey has taken Nancy from Santa Barbara to San Luis Obispo, San Francisco, San Jose, Phoenix, Denver and the Coachella Valley. After a short two-year pivot on the East Coast, it was abundantly clear to her that she was a California girl through and through. With family, friends, and the promise of being back on the air playing an exceptional mix of music, it gives her great joy to return to the Santa Barbara airwaves on her old shift from 10am-2pm weekdays on KLITE 101.7! Make sure to say ‘hi’ if you see her at the Bowl or Brophy’s…or walking the beach for sea glass.
